One Shot Leadership was founded in Wyola, Montana, on the Crow Indian Reservation, by Joshua Stewart and a group of community members who saw a critical need: young people who lacked consistent mentors and structured pathways to leadership.
We believe every young person deserves exactly one clear shot at a better future — and our job is to make sure that shot counts.
